Nothing new going on with my MIL. The doctors put her on a stronger pain medicine due to the fact that the morphine wasn't cuting it. She is still feeling very nautious and hasn't eating much. The nurses have been great in making sure that all of her needs are met quickly and that she remains comfortable. Josh talked with her last night on the phone and she sounded aweful. The medicine makes her so tired and she is only awake for short bursts of time and then drifts off to sleep. He was going to visit with her last night but we had an appointment and didn't get back until 6:30 plus he wanted to spend time with his kids.
Today my MIL is supposed to go through some more testing. The tests will be on her kidneys to see if they are functioning properly since everything was drained. Her cancer doctor is out of town until Monday I believe so her partner will be doing her rounds. So that is that and we are just at a stand still and waiting.
